Prior to working in real estate Melvin was an entrepreneur and co-founder and CEO of a retail tax business in NYC and the EVP and COO of a mid-sized retail tax business in NYC. Melvin has bought, developed and sold successful franchise tax businesses.
Melvin also brings over 20 years of experience in the banking/financial services industry where he was the General Manager and Vice President of a small bank in NYC. Melvin's financial background also represents added value for his clients closing both residential and commercial transactions.

After moving to Croton-on-Hudson, Melvin decided to follow his passion for real estate investing, developing, renovating in addition to buying and selling properties. During that time he developed a passion for helping buyers get into the home of their dreams. Melvin has the natural and uncanny ability to situate buyers into the perfect fit home "by listening and hearing their needs." In addition to working as a Buyers Agent, he also is a busy Listing Agent and has helped with many first time home buyers, foreclosures, property management companies and relocation clients.

Personal
A native of New York City, Melvin moved to Westchester County in 2003, when he and his wife fell in love with the natural beauty and the community of Croton-on-Hudson. They are currently raising three children in the community. Melvin is natively fluent in Spanish and really enjoys servicing the Spanish-speaking community.
